Reunited...

Our 40th reunion was the best.  So many "young" ladies showed up for our special celebration.  Cheryle Wall created the coolest key rings made for us.  Everyone passed around yearbooks, a school newspaper and photo albums.  We even had an old senior uniform!  Deborah Washington's sister, Janet, represented our president at this special event.  Thanks to Rosemary Trussell (Hulett) a small group of us met at 15 Bourbon Street and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I urge anyone who took pictures to share them with me and I will make a movie and post it on this blog.

So many years pass and we lose touch.  I would like to keep this blog going for years to come.  I urge all Mercy girls to help me with this effort.  I have a list of all the e-mail addresses for the attendees.  I will make them available to everyone and I hope everyone keeps in touch.  Let's even think about a special celebration like a cruise for our special birthdays in two years!

Mercy girls are hard to beat!

  1. I had a fabulous time at the reunion. It was so great to see so many members of our class, too, especially those who I had not seen in 40 years. I will send you some photos that I took at the reunion soon. Sorry for the delay, but it took me a while to finish the roll.

    Thanks!
